The project itself :
Project Overview
Sales, client, and patient website portals for NAD, one of the largest independent general diagnostic laboratories, have been operational since 2004, providing a wide range of medical diagnostic testing in a state-of-the-art facility. They offer industry-leading medical testing services in molecular oncology, hematology, histopathology, and chemistry.
Problem:
The old NAD portals featured an inconvenient and non-functional interface, hindering efficient access to laboratory data.
Goal:
Create a new convenient environment for all the clients and stuff of laboratory to adding, tracking and checking test results.
My role:
UX designer leading the NAD portals website design.
Responsibilities:
iterating on designs of website: dektop tablet and mobile versions
The clear version :
Design
Static, high-fidelity NAD portals website design, that is a clear representation of a final product called design mockups.
Mockups
These are a high fidelity design that represents a final product
I created all the website pages mockups, incorporating the right design elements such as typography, color, iconography, and developed all the necessary components and elements.
The goal was to demonstrate the final NAD portals website in as much detail as possible.

Outcome
Now, finally, it remained to pay attention to several takeaways and plan some further steps.
Takeways
The series of hand-drawing frames that visually describe and explore a user's experience with a product.
Impact:
Our target users have described the design of the NAD portals as intuitive and user-friendly, allowing them to easily add, track, and check laboratory test results.
What I learned:
The most important takeaway for me is to always focus on the real needs of the users.
Next Steps
The series of hand-drawing frames that visually describe and explore a user's experience with a product.
Identify any additional areas of laboratory clients and stuff need.
Create a new version the NAD main corporate website.
